By registering, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in 702 Slumpbusters and Danny Dove Foundation events, practices, workouts, and tournaments, and release the organization, coaches, staff, volunteers, and affiliates from liability for injuries or damages arising from participation.

Code of Conduct *

Players and families are expected to represent 702 Slumpbusters with professionalism, respect, sportsmanship, accountability, and positive behavior at all times. Unsportsmanlike conduct, bullying, harassment, repeated disciplinary issues, or behavior deemed harmful to the program, teammates, coaches, officials, or facilities may result in removal from the program without refund.
